Annie Raja congratulates Rahul Gandhi for building strong opposition against communal forces

Kalpetta: Annie Raja, who contested as the LDF candidate for the Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency, commended the election as an opportunity for the opposition to push back against communal forces threatening the nation. Speaking to reporters in Kalpetta, she emphasised the need to scrutinise how these divisive elements gained grip in certain areas, expressing confidence that the LDF would address the issue.

“Congratulations to UDF candidate Rahul Gandhi for his victory. Although he did not get the majority of last time, he managed to perform admirably. The INDIA Front made considerable strides nationwide. It is a relief that people across the country have recognized the threat of communal fascism and supported the INDIA Front in many states.

I am grateful to the party that nominated me for the Wayanad constituency and to the LDF for endorsing the party's decision," said Annie Raja.
