Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have released visuals from their war room detailing discussions surrounding the elimination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. In the footage, the Chief of Staff commands the "New Order" operation aimed at targeting Nasrallah during a meeting with members of the General Staff Forum.

The Israeli military announced on Saturday that Nasrallah was killed in an airstrike on Beirut the previous night. Israeli military spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Nadav Shoshani confirmed the news on social media platform X, stating, "Hassan Nasrallah is dead." Captain David Avraham, another military spokesperson, echoed this, confirming to AFP that Nasrallah had been "eliminated" during the strikes on the Lebanese capital.

A source close to Hezbollah, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, revealed that contact with Nasrallah had been lost since Friday evening. This situation recalls a similar incident during the 2006 war with Hezbollah when rumors circulated about Nasrallah's death after he went missing, only for him to reappear unharmed.

As the news spreads, the international community is closely monitoring the implications of Nasrallah's reported death on regional stability and Hezbollah's operations.
