Fire in Doha industrial area after falling missile shrapnel; city on high alert | VIDEO

Qatar: Civil defence personnel were deployed to the Industrial Area on Sunday following a fire caused by falling shrapnel from an intercepted missile, the Ministry of Interior reported.

Authorities confirmed that no casualties or injuries occurred as a result of the incident.

Earlier in the day, the public had been issued an alert advising residents to stay indoors, follow official safety instructions, and remain vigilant.
