YC-KSU activists placed under preventive detention for protesting at Nava Kerala Sadas venue

Kottayam: Youth Congress and KSU activists were placed under preventive detention for staging a protest at the Nava Kerala Sadas venue here.  

Erattupetta police took Nizamuddin M.K., Nurul Abrar, Rifan Manaf, Abu Sufiyal and Shahul Achu into custody. 

Meanwhile, Sanoj Panakkal, Anandha Krishnan, Xavier Munkunkun and Nithin Sabu were taken into custody by the Ponkunnam police. 

The detained KSU and Youth Congress workers protested at the police station.
