Thiruvananthapuram: Vamanapuram MLA D K Murali dismissed the allegations raised by MP Adoor Prakash in connection with the Venjaramoodu twin murder case. Adoor Prakash said that the altercation with D K Murali’s son led to the murder of the DYFI leaders.

Adoor Prakash raised this allegation against D K Murali in the channel super prime time discussion of Mathrubhumi News when reacting to the accusation of a voice clip that was brought out against him.  During a temple festival at Vengamala, a few questioned a stranger seen at the place and an altercation broke out. Following this, clashes were witnessed in the place, Adoor Prakash said.

D K Murali termed Adoor Prakash’s allegation as baseless and said his son had not gone to the temple festival or to Vengamala and was never involved in any altercation. Adoor Prakash is making these allegations intentionally with a guilty conscience, he said.

One of the accused in the Venjaaramoodu incident had contacted Adoor Prakash over phone after the incident and DYFI had came out with a voice clip released the other day.
