Man killed after speeding lorry rams scooter in Thiruvananthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram: A man lost his life when a truck rammed his scooter here at Panavila on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Sudheer of Malayinkeezhu.

Sudheer's scooter was hit by the speeding lorry, causing him to fall onto the road and get run over by the lorry. The CCTV footage from a nearby shop revealed the gruesome accident. He died on the spot. 

The residents are still in shock as it is the second case of a similar accident that claimed a youngster’s life here. Recently, Anandhu, a medical student, lost his life after a stone for Vizhinjam port construction fell from a truck.
