I will pour toilet waste over your head, says PV Anvar to advocate Jayashankar.

Malappuram: Once again, PV Anvar MLA has stirred controversy as he threatened political observer advocate Jayashankar through a Facebook Live video. In the video, Anvar was seen threatening Jayashankar for comments he made against Anvar on a YouTube channel.

Anvar said that if Jayashankar did not publicly apologize and withdraw comments against him, he would pour toilet waste over Jayashankar’s head.

Anvar was provoked after Jayashankar called him a religious fundamentalist and claimed was receiving support from divisive forces outside the country in his fight against ADGP Ajith Kumar and Chief Minister’s political secretary P Sasi.

“I hail from the Puthanveed family, which has a legacy of involvement in the freedom struggle. When Jawaharlal Nehru came to Kerala, he stayed in our ancestral house, where I live now. Usually, I sleep well, even if I am criticised by people. I am not a person who would be shaken up easily. But when I heard this allegation against me from Jayashankar, I couldn’t sleep. He had called me a robber, thief, and destroyer earlier. But I didn’t react then. But now, it is different,” Anvar said.

He continued his video, using expletives against Jayashankar and warning him of grave consequences. “If you do not withdraw your statement and apologise, I will come to your office in Ernakulam and pour a bucketful of toilet waste over your head. I will strip your dhoti and make you walk through the streets of Kochi. As of now, I have many unfinished tasks at hand. Once I complete my mission, I will surely come after you. Even if I have to go to jail for this, I will definitely come after you,” said Anvar.

Though the MLA has stirred up another controversy through his social media live post, no one from the government or political circles has reacted to this public outrage against a prominent social activist.
