#Metoo allegation against tattoo artist in Kochi: Survivor says she has no complaint

Kochi: Police conducted a rapid raid in a tattoo studio in the district following a young woman’s #MeToo allegations against a popular tattoo artist in Kochi. Although the woman made it clear to the police on Thursday that she has no complaint, the police went ahead with the raid. Police collected information about the owners of the studio.

The woman told the police that several people were calling for information regarding her allegations.

The woman revealed that the artist touched her private parts without her consent during tattooing and a similar experience happened to her friend also two years ago. This was followed by several young women sharing similar experiences under the post on Instagram.
