Kalamassery blasts-related hate speech: KPCC lodges complaint against MV Govindan, Sandeep Warrier

KPCC digital media cell convenor Dr P Sarin on Monday wrote to the Director General of Police (DGP) against the alleged spreading of hate speech and misinformation related to the Kalamassery explosion on social media. 

The complaint has accused CPM state secretary MV Govindan, BJP leader Sandeep Warrier, former MP and CPM fellow traveller Sebastian Paul, and Trinamool Congress South Indian Chapter convenor Riva Tholoor Philip. The complainant has urged the DGP to slap IPC section 153 A against them. 

Earlier, Sarin took to social media and posted regarding his plan to approach. He also added screenshots of the posts/remarks made by the leaders.
