Cartridges found abandoned in Thiruvananthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram: Local residents found cartridges abandoned on the road at Karumattam here on Sunday.

People residing on Karakkamandapam-Karumam road in Nemom found the cartridges on the road around 7.30 am. They immediately took the cartridges to the police station.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the cartridges were used in 0.303 rifles. Police clarified that more information can be revealed only after examination by experts.
