Over 10 lakh still await pension mustering in Kerala

Kozhikode: The State committee of the Swatantra Trade Union (STU, IT employees union) is calling for more time to complete the pension mustering process.

Currently, around 7,50,000 social security pensioners and 3,65,000 welfare fund pensioners need to complete this process. The mustering for those receiving home care is nearing completion.

The STU has submitted a request to the Finance Minister and the Director of Akshaya, requesting two more months to finish the mustering. State office bearers of the union have supported and endorsed this request.
