MLA Anvar alleges links among Kerala Opposition Leader, ADGP and RSS

Malappuram: Unfazed by the snub received from ruling party CPM, a resurgent PV Anvar has come up with yet another allegation, this time against Kerala Opposition leader VD Satheesan, saying that he has connections with RSS and ADGP MR Ajith Kumar. While launching a no-holds-barred attack against Satheesan, Nilambur MLA has said that a section of the Congress party also functions with the support of RSS.

“I had received information regarding the meeting between MR Ajith Kumar and Hosabale (RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale) before VD Satheesan spoke about it. The cyber team of Ajith Kumar had got wind of this, and ADGP and Satheesan had conspired to scuttle my move. That’s why Satheesan convened an emergency press conference ahead of my revelations. To beat me in this race, they had scripted a new story saying that ADGP had met Hosabale at the behest of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan,” Anvar said.

“ADGP Ajith Kumar and VD Satheesan have a close connection. It is a universal truth that Ajith Kumar has high connections with some leaders in UDF and RSS. They had a deal earlier regarding the police assistance in the ‘Punarjani’ case. It is as part of this deal that Thrissur was gifted to BJP. It is the Congress votes which got leaked to BJP’s account in Thrissur,” he said.

“The police have not registered an FIR in connection with the statement of a woman from Ponnai. But, they have registered an FIR against LDF MLA Mukesh on the basis of an incident that took place around 10 years ago. How can you justify this? An FIR is not registered regarding the complaint of a woman who had expressed her harrowing experiences before responsible political leaders, women leaders, and the media,” Anvar said.

“I have full confidence in the police. But, the problem is that the criminals in the police force, who make up about 10% of the total force, are handling law and order issues in the district. Under the cricumstances, how can you trust the system? Anvar asked.
