Surat: A major fire broke out on Thursday in a wood warehouse located in the Mahuvej industrial area of Surat. Fire tenders were promptly dispatched to the scene, and firefighting efforts are actively underway to control the blaze.

Fire officer Prithvirajsinh Ninama stated that the cause of the fire is yet to be determined. He estimated that it would take another three to four hours to bring the fire under control.

The incident has caused significant concern due to the flammable nature of the warehouse contents, but no casualties have been reported so far. Firefighting teams are working to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby structures.
