Mumbai: The Badshah of Bollywood has hit a royal milestone, and wishes are pouring in from across the nation.

As Shah Rukh Khan turns 60, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee joined the chorus of well-wishers, sharing a warm birthday message for the superstar she fondly calls her “brother.”

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Banerjee wrote, “A Very Happy Birthday to my brother Shah Rukh Khan! May you continue to enrich Indian cinema with your remarkable talent and charisma. @iamsrk.”

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in 'Dunki' (2023) and made a cameo appearance in The Ba**ds of Bollywood* (2025). Up next, he will star alongside his daughter Suhana Khan in the much-anticipated action drama 'King'.

Interestingly, SRK is the second of the three Khans to mark the 60-year milestone this year, following Aamir Khan’s birthday in March. Salman Khan, the youngest of the trio, will celebrate his birthday next month.

As the celebrations unfold, B-Town and fans alike are gearing up to celebrate the King of Bollywood — with Mamata Banerjee’s affectionate message setting the tone for the da
