Kiren Rijiju meets Lok Sabha Speaker over Rahul Gandhi’s claims, demands evidence or removal

New Delhi: Following Rahul Gandhi's speech on Monday, a high-level meeting took place between Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju and the Lok Sabha Speaker.

Sources have confirmed that during this meeting, it was requested that evidence supporting the allegations made by Rahul Gandhi be presented on the floor of the house.

Should Gandhi fail to provide the necessary evidence, the government is reportedly preparing to demand his removal from the ongoing proceedings of the house.
