After sexual harassment claims, pastor Bajinder Singh caught on video assaulting female employee

A disturbing CCTV video that has gone viral on the internet shows self-styled preacher Bajinder Singh physically assaulting his employees, including women, in his office. The shocking footage has sparked outrage and raised further concerns about Singh’s conduct, which is already under intense scrutiny due to multiple serious allegations, including sexual harassment.
The video, which was first shared widely on social media, shows Singh in a fit of rage, striking multiple employees. In the footage, he is seen shouting and throwing items at a few men. He then charges at a woman, slapping her, while others attempt to intervene. Despite their efforts, Singh continues to display extreme anger. The video has added to the growing controversy surrounding the preacher and has led to calls for further investigation into his activities.
This incident comes on the heels of allegations from a 22-year-old woman who accused Singh of sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour. The woman claims that Singh subjected her to years of harassment, including sexual misconduct, and even pressured her to marry him despite his marital status. She also alleges that he stalked her and threatened to harm her family if she spoke out.
Singh, however, has strongly denied the allegations. He called the charges “baseless” and claimed that the woman fabricated the accusations as part of a conspiracy against him. In a press conference on March 2, Singh rejected the evidence against him and referred to the complainant as his “daughter,” insisting that his only aim was to help her through prayer.
Before Bajinder Singh became a self-proclaimed pastor, he was imprisoned in 2008 in connection with a murder case. It was during his time in jail that he converted to Christianity after meeting a Christian pastor. Since his release, Singh has built a following, but his rise has been marred by multiple controversies.
In 2018, Singh was arrested on charges of rape in Zirakpur. The case remains ongoing, and Singh was granted bail later that year. In addition to the rape allegations, Singh has also faced charges of assault and intimidation, dating back to 2006 in Haryana. His ministry has also been under investigation by the Income Tax Department, which raided his properties in 2023 as part of a probe into suspected financial fraud and irregularities.
Despite his legal troubles, Singh has amassed a large followers, who are drawn to his claims of miraculous healing and prophetic powers.
