# News Desk

Bengaluru: A 26-year-old gym trainer and bodybuilder, identified as Kiran, allegedly died by suicide at his residence in Geleyara Balaga Layout in Mahalakshmi Layout, north Bengaluru, on Saturday evening.

Kiran’s story is a somber reminder of how emotional distress can overwhelm even the strongest among us.

Relationship of Three Years Turns Painful

According to family and preliminary police reports, Kiran had been in a relationship with the woman for nearly three years. The couple had shared many personal moments, and Kiran had reportedly spent his earnings helping his girlfriend, including clearing her loans. He had even introduced her to his family with hopes of marriage.

However, the situation took a devastating turn when Kiran learned that his girlfriend was engaged to another man. He was shown a wedding saree and an invitation, which left him emotionally shattered, especially as he had been planning to celebrate Valentine’s Day with her.

The Final Moments

On the evening of the tragedy, Kiran locked himself in his room. Before taking the extreme step, he asked his mother for a pen and a white sheet of paper. When she inquired about the purpose, he reassured her that it was for writing about financial matters. Later, family members found him hanging in his room after he did not respond to calls.

Police recovered a death note in which Kiran allegedly mentioned the woman and her mother as responsible for his decision. The note also contained his mobile phone password.

A Life Dedicated to Fitness and Love

Kiran was not only passionate about fitness but had also participated in several bodybuilding competitions. Friends and family describe him as hardworking and deeply caring, especially toward the woman he loved. His sudden loss has sent shockwaves through his community, highlighting the importance of emotional awareness and mental health support.

Investigation Underway

Following a complaint filed by Kiran’s family, the Mahalakshmi Layout police have registered a case and are investigating the matter further. The body has been shifted to the mortuary for post-mortem procedures.
