Government's measures to prevent recurrence of Periyar River mass fish kill

The Kerala Pollution Control Board tested water from the Periyar River, and the samples of the dead fish were examined by the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS). Following the testing, the government has undertaken measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
