‘Avoid unnecessary travel and fuel consumption,’ says Union MoS Suresh Gopi in Coimbatore

Union Minister of State Suresh Gopi on Tuesday said India has been less affected by the global fuel price hike compared to several other countries and urged people to cooperate by reducing unnecessary travel and fuel consumption. Speaking in Coimbatore, the Minister said the center has taken measures to cushion the impact of rising fuel costs on citizens while stressing the need for public support in managing the situation through responsible usage and conservation of fuel.
