25 Years of Gadar: Sunny Deol marks milestone of bollywood classic

One of Bollywood’s most iconic films, Gadar, has completed 25 years since its release, and actor Sunny Deol marked the milestone with an emotional message for fans. Released on June 15, 2001, Gadar became a cultural phenomenon and emerged as the highest-grossing film in India during its release period.

Directed by Anil Sharma and co-starring Ameesha Patel, the film told the story of Tara Singh, a Sikh truck driver, and Sakina, a Muslim woman, whose love story unfolded against the backdrop of political and geographical divisions.
