New Delhi: Pooja Hegde is all set to share screen space with Dulquer Salmaan in his upcoming feature film, the makers have announced.

The untitled project marks Salmaan’s 41st film and will be directed by Ravi Nelakuditi, who previously helmed Mahesh Babu’s 2022 release ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’. The film is being bankrolled by SLV Cinemas.

On Wednesday, the production house introduced Hegde as the leading lady through a video shared on Instagram. The clip, shot on the sets, captured candid banter between Hegde and Salmaan as they reviewed camera footage, ending with the words: “Welcome on board, Pooja Hegde.”

“Welcoming the enchanting @hegdepooja on board for #DQ41. DQ and Pooja’s chemistry will be magical on the big screens,” the studio captioned the post.

Hegde was last seen in ‘Retro’ (2025) opposite Suriya in Tamil cinema, and in the Hindi action-drama Deva alongside Shahid Kapoor.

Salmaan, on the other hand, was recently seen in a cameo role in Kalyani Priyadarshan’s superhero film ‘Lokah: Chapter 1 – Chandra’, which he also produced under his home banner Wayfarer Films.
