Annapurna Studios gave fans a glimpse of a heartwarming moment on the sets of Dacoit by sharing a video of Mrunal Thakur’s surprise pre-birthday celebration.

Posted on their official X handle, the video captures Mrunal walking onto the set to a cheerful chorus of “Surprise” from the team. Beaming with joy, the actor cuts a cake and shares slices with the crew, including her co-star Adivi Sesh. The celebration continues with a spontaneous dance and a group rendition of “Happy Birthday.”

Along with the video, the makers wrote, “A pre-birthday bash for the charming @mrunal0801 planned by team #Dacoit on the sets. A super surprise for the birthday girl. #DACOIT IN CINEMAS WORLDWIDE ON DECEMBER 25th #DacoitFromDec25th.”

Speaking about the film, Sesh described Dacoit as a story built around dual protagonists. “From day one, Dacoit never felt like a single-hero narrative.
