What has now caught the attention of fans are Nelson’s candid revelations during a recent public event. Currently working on Jailer 2 with Superstar Rajinikanth, he shared insights at the Galatta Golden Stars 2025 event. While refraining from disclosing much about the highly anticipated sequel, he admitted the team was pleased with the script and expressed cautious optimism that audiences would embrace the film once it is completed.

Nelson also addressed the popular online theory linking him to the mysterious lyricist “Heisenberg”, a name often credited in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s films. With a touch of humour, he denied the speculation, suggesting instead that Lokesh himself might be the man behind the pseudonym.

“When I asked Lokesh about it, he just laughed and said, ‘Everyone assumes you’re Heisenberg.’ But honestly, I’m not. Personally, I think it’s Lokesh himself,” Nelson joked.

Adding to the event’s buzz, Vijay Sethupathi praised Nelson’s writing style and revealed he had watched Jailer several times, calling it one of his favourites. Nelson reciprocated the admiration, stating his strong desire to collaborate with Sethupathi in the future — a partnership eagerly awaited by fans.
