Dhruv Vikram’s film, helmed by Mari Selvaraj — Bison — is set to release on the same day. Additionally, another movie releasing this Diwali is Harish Kalyan’s Diesel.

Pradeep, with his usual swagger, handled the question gracefully, adding a funny twist. He asked the audience, “Okay, you want to know where Mamitha is? Okay, you guys open up my heart and see. She resides there,” — a humorous punchline, since Mamitha plays Pradeep’s love interest in Dude.

He then explained the real reason behind Mamitha’s absence: “She’s busy shooting for Suriya sir’s film,” Pradeep Ranganathan said.
