Meanwhile, 'Turbo' continues to soar at the box office, setting new records. On the opening day, the film raked an impressive Rs 17.3 crore in box office collections, marking the highest opening day collection ever recorded for a Malayalam film.

'Turbo' is the fifth film produced under the banner of Mammootty Kampany. The film tells the story of Jose, a jeep driver. Kannada actor Raj B. Shetty and Telugu actor Sunil are playing important roles in the film. The film has been made with a lot of emphasis on action scenes. The background music is composed by Christo Xavier and his team. After the films 'Pokkiri Raja' and 'Madhura Raja', Vysakh and Mammootty reunite with 'Turbo'.

The film is screened in more than 300 theatres in Kerala, with a duration of 2 hours, 32 minutes. The film is distributed by Wayfarer Films, and overseas distribution is handled by Truth Global Films.
