Kareena Kapoor to Keerthy Suresh: Top actresses prepare for pan-India debuts

Kareena Kapoor Khan

If the latest reports are to be believed, Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up to soon make her pan-India debut. According to multiple reports, ‘The Buckingham Murders’ actor is in talks for two big-budget pan-India films. While she is reportedly being considered for ‘RRR’ director SS Rajamauli’s SSMB29, led by Mahesh Babu, Kareena is also in talks for Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Spirit,’ which will star Prabhas. However, there is no official confirmation on Kareena’s involvement in either of the films so far. Meanwhile, her actor-husband, Saif Ali Khan, will make his pan-India debut with ‘Devara: Part 1’.

Sai Pallavi

After ruling the Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam film industries, Sai Pallavi is all set to enthral the Hindi-speaking audience. She will be seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramanaya’ as Sita, opposite Ranbir Kapoor, who will essay Lord Ram’s role. Although there is immense excitement among her fans for ‘Ramayana,’ the film may not be her Hindi debut. According to reports, not ‘Ramayana’, but she will mark her Bollywood debut alongside Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan, in a yet-to-be-named film.

Keerthy Suresh

National Award-winning actor Keerthy Suresh will be making her Hindi debut alongside Varun Dhawan in ‘Baby John’. Touted to be an action thriller, the upcoming film is directed by Kalees and is backed by Atlee. Also starring Wamiqa Gabbi and Jackie Shroff, ‘Baby John’ is a remake of Thalapathy Vijay’s blockbuster hit film ‘Tehri’, which was released in 2016.

Janhvi Kapoor

Director Kortala Siva’s upcoming action drama film, ‘Devara: Part 1’ will not only see Saif making his pan-India debut but Janhvi Kapoor too. With Jr. NTR playing a dual role, the movie will also feature actors Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Narain, Srikanth, and Shine Tom Chako in supporting roles. The film is set for its theatrical release on September 27.
