Tiger Shroff’s ‘Baaghi 4’ LEAKED online within hours of release; Tamilrockers, Filmyzilla among piracy sites

Tiger Shroff’s much-anticipated action thriller Baaghi 4 has become the latest Bollywood film to be leaked online shortly after its theatrical debut. Within hours of its release on September 5, pirated versions of the film surfaced on notorious platforms like Tamilrockers, Filmyzilla, Movierulez, and Moviesda. Several Telegram channels also circulated copies ranging from low-quality 240p to full HD prints, according to reports.
The leak comes as a major setback for the makers, who had pinned high hopes on the film’s box office run. One of the most talked-about Bollywood projects of 2025, Baaghi 4 marks Tiger Shroff’s return to his signature action-packed avatar and was expected to draw huge crowds to theatres.
Piracy continues to plague the film industry
Despite repeated crackdowns, online piracy remains a major hurdle for the entertainment sector. Big-budget Bollywood and South Indian films have repeatedly faced revenue losses due to early leaks, and Baaghi 4 now joins the growing list of victims.
Legal and cyber risks for viewers
Downloading or streaming pirated copies is not only illegal but also risky. Under the Indian Copyright Act of 1957, offenders may face fines up to ₹2 lakh and even imprisonment. Cybersecurity experts also warn that piracy websites often carry hidden threats such as malware, spyware, and phishing scams that can compromise personal data, hack accounts, or result in financial fraud. Many of these sites further expose users to explicit or gambling-related content, making them unsafe for younger audiences.
About Baaghi 4
The film is the fourth installment of the blockbuster Baaghi franchise, known for its high-octane stunts and adrenaline-driven storytelling. Directed by A Harsha, the movie stars Tiger Shroff in the lead alongside Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, and Sonam Bajwa. With its scale and action sequences, Baaghi 4 was expected to set new box office benchmarks before piracy dented its prospects.
