Four more arrested over firing at Tiger Shroff’s car in Mumbai; gangster link suspected

New Delhi: The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested four people, including two women, in connection with the firing at actor Tiger Shroff’s car in Mumbai, an official said on Tuesday.
Police suspect the accused were acting on the instructions of a gangster operating from abroad, the official said.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Kunal, 21, and Sumit, 19, both from Sonipat district in Haryana, and Radha, 23, and Babita, 23, from Uttar Pradesh.
The four were initially produced before a court under Section 35(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
The Maharashtra Police Crime Investigation Department, which is probing the case in Mumbai, subsequently sought the court’s permission to formally arrest the accused and take them into custody for questioning.
The court allowed the application and granted the Mumbai Police team three days’ transit remand, the official said.
