Who was Bharath Kanth? Telugu actor dies in fatal Hyderabad ORR accident

Telugu actor, dancer and YouTuber Bharath Kanth died in a road accident on Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road (ORR) early Sunday along with cameraman Trilok. The accident took place near Bonguluru under the limits of Adibatla Police when their car reportedly crashed into a truck from behind while heading towards Shamshabad.

Bharath Kanth, 31, was known among Telugu digital audiences for his work as a dancer, content creator and actor. He had built a growing following on social media, with nearly 40,000 followers on Instagram and around 30,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Apart from creating digital content, Bharath Kanth had also acted in Telugu films and short films including Tenant and Gramam.

How did the Hyderabad ORR accident happen?

According to police, the accident occurred around 3.20 am while the victims were travelling from Nellore to Hyderabad. Preliminary investigation suggests speeding and possible driver fatigue may have led to the crash.

The car allegedly rammed into the rear of a truck near the 111.5-km mark between Bongulur and Tukkuguda. The impact left the vehicle severely damaged, and both occupants died on the spot.

Adibatla Police registered a case and shifted the bodies to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem examination before handing them over to family members.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident. Further details are awaited.
