‘Such admirable people — they welcome us and make us feel at home’: Sshivada on Suriya, Jyothika and Trisha

Sshivada, who recently appeared in the hit Malayalam movie Sumathi Valavu, is a widely followed actor in South Indian cinema, known for her roles in films including Lucifer, 12th Man and 2018.

Notably, she is working with Suriya in RJ Balaji’s much-awaited Karuppu, while another Tamil thriller, Kayilan, directed by Arul Ajit and also featuring her, recently hit the theatres.

Grabbing the attention of cinephiles, the actor, in a recent conversation with Cinema Vikatan, talked about her experience of sharing screen space with Suriya and Trisha — true stars and ambassadors of cinema.

“Working with Suriya sir has always been my dream; now it has turned into a reality. Working with Trisha ma’am was also fabulous,” Sshivada said.

Talking about the elegant trio — Suriya, Jyothika, and Trisha — the actor said, “We have all admired them on the big screen, but meeting them in person was really special.”

“The way they welcome you and make us feel at home is nothing but heart-touching — such admirable people,” Sshivada was all praise for Suriya, Jyothika, and Trisha.

Meanwhile, RJ Balaji announced that the first single from Karuppu will be released for Deepavali. The film boasts a strong supporting cast and a skilled technical crew. It reunites Suriya with his NGK producers and Balaji with his Sorgavaasal team. (With inputs from Agencies)
