Shakira announces first global concert livestream: When and where to watch in India

Shakira is taking her ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour’ beyond the concert arena. The Colombian pop star will livestream her Madrid show worldwide on October 3, marking the first time a full Shakira concert will be broadcast globally in this format.

For fans in India, the livestream will be available from 12:15 am IST on October 4. Viewers can watch it on the Amazon Music India app, Prime Video, Fire TV and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch. The livestream will be free to watch and will not require a paid subscription.

When and where to watch Shakira’s Madrid concert in India

Titled ‘Shakira Live from Madrid Presented by Amazon Music’, the concert will be livestreamed from Madrid on October 3. In India, the broadcast begins at 12:15 am IST on October 4.

The livestream will be available through the Amazon Music app and Prime Video, as well as the Amazon Music app on Fire TV and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch.

Shakira is currently performing a Madrid residency that began on September 18 at the Iberdrola Music venue and is scheduled to conclude on October 11. The residency marks her return to Spanish stages after eight years and forms part of the final stretch of her ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour’.

The Madrid concert comes as Shakira’s world tour approaches its final leg. The tour grew out of the singer’s ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran’ era, which marked a deeply personal chapter in her career and became both an album and a major global tour.

Reflecting on the scale of the tour, Shakira said, “The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour has become so much more than I could have ever imagined, and I am so proud of it.”

She added that she was excited to share the Madrid show with fans around the world through Amazon Music.

The Madrid livestream is also part of The Women Shaping Latin Music, the 2026 edition of Amazon Music’s annual ‘Music Connects Us’ celebration. The programme focuses on women who have shaped Latin music, along with emerging generations continuing to influence the genre.

As part of the programme, an all-women stage will also feature performers reinterpreting some of Shakira’s best-known songs live.

What else is part of Shakira’s Amazon Music collaboration?

The partnership extends beyond the concert livestream. Shakira’s Pies Descalzos Foundation, together with Amazon Web Services and Laboratoria, will offer free training in AI and cloud computing, beginning in Colombia. The initiative aims to reach one million women across Latin America by 2028.

The collaboration also includes a new remix of ‘Dai Dai’ produced by RVSSIAN, a special vinyl edition of ‘Laundry Service’ marking the album’s 25th anniversary, and ‘El Mixtape’, a playlist curated by Shakira featuring songs from artists who have influenced her career.

For Indian fans, however, the main attraction will be the Madrid concert itself, offering a chance to watch one of the final shows of Shakira’s massive world tour from home.
