Shah Rukh Khan visits Salim Khan in hospital amid health concerns | WATCH

Mumbai: Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, father of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on February 17 and is currently recovering on ventilator support, as per reports.
Several close friends of Salman Khan have visited the hospital, including Shah Rukh Khan, widely regarded as the “Badshah of Bollywood.” Paparazzi footage shared on Instagram shows Shah Rukh Khan arriving at Lilavati Hospital with his security team.
Doctor updates on Salim Khan’s health
Dr Jalil Parkar, speaking to the media, confirmed that Salim Khan suffered a minor brain haemorrhage. He explained, “He was having jerks, and his blood pressure was high. We treated him and put him on a ventilator as a precaution. It wasn’t because he was critical. He underwent a small procedure and has now been shifted to the ICU. He is stable, though age will affect recovery time.”

Family requests privacy
Following the media update, sources said that Salman Khan and his family are unhappy with doctors sharing details publicly. A family insider said, “Health is a private matter. Updates should be communicated only by the family if they choose to address fans or well-wishers.”

The Khan family has requested that no further health information about Salim Khan be disclosed without their prior consent, emphasising the importance of maintaining privacy during his recovery.
