Box-office success for ‘Lokah’: Sayanora Philip lends voice to Kalyani’s lead character Chandra

Singer Sayanora Philip is elated as Kalyani Priyadarshan’s lead role in 'Lokah Chapter: 1 Chandra' becomes a box-office hit. Sayanora provided the voice for Kalyani in the film.

She also lent her voice to Kalyani in another Onam release, 'Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira'. Sharing her excitement on social media, Sayanora said she was thrilled to be part of both projects.

A versatile artist, Sayanora has worked as a playback singer, actress and music director. She has previously dubbed for Trisha Krishnan in 'Hey Jude' and Nimisha Sajayan in 'Stand Up'. Playback singer Anne Amie has lent her voice to Kalyani in films such as 'Varane Avashyamund' and 'Bro Daddy'. In 'Lokah', Kalyani plays the character Chandra.

Sayanora has also composed music for 'Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri' and 'Aaha', and acted in movies including 'Wonder Woman' and 'Oru Jaathi Jaathakam'.
