Promo video of Parvathy-Urvashi starrer 'Ullozhukku' released; Teaser on June 3

The promotional video for the movie 'Ullozhukku' ('Undercurrent'), directed by Christo Tomy and starring Parvathy and Urvashi in lead roles, has been unveiled. The promo showcases a conversation between the protagonists, portrayed by Parvathy and Prashanth Murali. The promo announces that the teaser of the movie will be launched on June 3.

Christo Tomy's script, which won the top prize of Rs 25 lakh in the national script competition 'Cinestaan India' in 2018, is now being brought to life on the silver screen. Biplav Goswami's screenplay 'Laapataa Ladies', produced by Aamir Khan, secured the second position in the same competition.

Christo Tomy, acclaimed for his short films such as 'Kaamuki' and 'Kanyaka' was also behind the Netflix documentary 'Curry & Cyanide' released last year which garnered international acclaim. 

The poster of 'Ullozhukku', produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Honey Trehan and Abhishek Chaubey under the RSVP and MacGuffin Pictures banners, has received a positive response as well. The music for 'Ullozhukku' is composed by Sushin Shyam.
