Prithviraj to lose 30 kg for ‘Aadujeevitham’, says reports

Mollywood star Prithviraj will be seen in director Blessy’s upcoming movie ‘Aadujeevitham’ based on Bennyamin’s novel. According to reports, the actor will have a physical transformation for this much-awaited movie and will lose 30 kilos.

Prithviraj who turned director for Mohanlal starrer ‘Lucifer’ is taking a three-month-long break from the industry. It is learned that the actor took the break to prepare for the character Najeeb, a Keralite who gets stranded in Middle East in ‘Aadujeevitham’.

At the same time, Prithviraj is growing a long beard for the movie. The first look poster of the movie, which was a painting, also featured Prithviraj with untamed hair and beard. He looked very weak as starving for many days.

Amala Paul will play the female lead in the movie. Vineeth Sreenivasan, Lena, Aparna Balamurali and Santhosh Keezhattoor will be seen in pivotal roles.

Sources revealed that 25 percent of the movie’s shooting is completed.

Apart from an adaptation of Bennyamin’s popular novel, ‘Aadujeevitham’ has many specialities. According to reports, legendary musician AR Rahman will make his comeback to Mollywood with this movie. Veteran cinematographer KU Mohanan will crank the camera for the movie. National award winning editor A Sreekar and Oscar winning sound editor Resul Pookutty are also collaborating with the project.
