Prayaga Martin to be grilled Thursday in drug case involving criminal Omprakash

Kochi: The police will question actress Prayaga Martin in connection with a drug case involving notorious criminal Omprakash. She has been served a notice to appear before the authorities on Thursday. The notice was delivered to Prayaga at her residence in Kochi.

She has been directed to report to the Maradu Police Station for questioning. The interrogation may take place either at the Maradu station or at the Ernakulam ACP's office. Both Prayaga Martin and actor Sreenath Bhasi have been mentioned in the drug case involving Omprakash.

Sreenath Bhasi is also likely to be questioned in connection with the case, and a notice is expected to be issued soon. Currently, Sreenath is reportedly not in Kochi.

According to the police remand report, among the 20 people who visited Omprakash in his room were film celebrities. The police investigation has focused on three rooms in the Nakshatra Hotel at Maradu which were booked by Omprakash in another name, as the cops received information about a drug party being organised there. The notorious goon leader Omprakash and his associate Shihas were apprehended from there.
