Leaked before official launch! The Raja Saab teaser sparks chaos—strict warning from makers

Hyderabad: The teaser of The Raja Saab, the much-anticipated horror-comedy starring Prabhas, was leaked online days before its scheduled official release on Monday at 10:52am.

The unauthorised leak has triggered concern among fans and a strong response from the film’s makers, who have warned of strict legal action against those sharing or circulating the pirated content.

Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the official handle of the film posted: “Strict action will be taken and handles will be suspended immediately if any leaked content from #TheRajaSaab is found. We request everyone to cooperate and stand with us in protecting the experience. Let’s celebrate responsibly. Be aware.”

Fans were also urged to report any leaked clips to preserve the cinematic experience and support original content creators. The team has emphasised the need to celebrate the teaser release in a “responsible” and respectful manner.

Directed by Maruthi, The Raja Saab is set to release on December 5, 2025, in multiple languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, making it a true pan-India entertainer. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, the film features Prabhas in a dual role—as both grandson and grandfather—and blends spooky elements with light-hearted comedy and vintage romance.

The film stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, and Yogi Babu in prominent roles. Cinematography is helmed by Karthik Palani, while S. Thaman composes the music.

The first look poster, unveiled during Makar Sankranti 2024, had already generated buzz for showcasing Prabhas in a regal, vintage avatar, seated on an ornate throne. The plot is believed to centre around a young man trying to reclaim ancestral property to resolve financial struggles.

Despite the teaser leak, fans remain excited for the official release, with special theatrical screenings planned across Telugu states to showcase the teaser on the big screen.
