Actor Parvathy R Krishna opens up on her 10 kg-weight loss journey, shares pics

Parvathy R. Krishna is a well-known personality on television, having worked as an anchor, actress, and model. She has recently gained a lot of attention for her incredible weight loss journey. After giving birth, she managed to lose approximately 30 kg, and her transformation has been the talk of the town ever since she shared her journey on YouTube.
In a video posted on social media, Parvathy detailed her weight loss regimen, which included avoiding tea, coffee, oil, and sugar, coupled with rigorous workouts and diet. She shares that she started the diet after the baby was six months old. Recently, she shared pictures showcasing her 10-kg weight loss after gaining weight due to stress and grief during her father's hospitalisation.
In her post, she writes, "This is what 2 weeks of strict diet looks like. Though acha was hospitalized for the past 1 month I was really having a very tough time , So I read somewhere like having food can lower the stress level ..So I had lot of food without considering my body .. I gained 10 kg in a month .. And of course my confidence level got affected and I really wanted me to look back like my old version..So here it is..I am very much proud about my determination level of controlling my cravings and focussing on my goal .. If I can do , You can also achieve yours."
While many congratulated Parvathy on her achievement, some fans sought an explanation for her two-week diet regimen. Some others doubt that the actor posted an old photo of hers. Parvathy responded to this by sharing the date of the photo taken when she gained weight in her Instagram story. The picture was taken on April 27.
