Legendary singer P Susheela hospitalised, health stable

P Susheela, the celebrated playback singer honoured with the Padma Bhushan, has been admitted to Kauvery Hospital in Chennai. The 86-year-old singer was brought to the hospital after experiencing severe stomach pain.

Hospital authorities  have reported that P Susheela's condition is currently stable. The stomach discomfort that led to her hospitalisation is reportedly manageable with medical treatment. Her family has reassured fans that there is no cause for any worry.

Fans and well-wishers have poured in prayers for her quick recovery.

She has recorded around 25,000 songs in multiple Indian languages and was recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records for recording the most songs.
