No royal looks this time! Ranbir, Sai Pallavi and Yash go all casual for ‘Ramayana’ London premiere

After weeks of traditional ensembles and elaborate ethnic looks during their ‘Ramayana’ promotional tour, Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash switched things up in London. The three actors opted for casual outfits at a promotional event in the city, offering a refreshing departure from their recent appearances while bringing some playful energy to the red carpet.
Ahead of the film's worldwide release on November 5, the lead cast came together in London to promote Nitesh Tiwari's ambitious mythological epic. Unlike their appearances at promotional events in India, where ethnic fashion took centre stage, the actors chose more relaxed styles for the London outing.
Ranbir, Sai Pallavi and Yash were joined by director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra. The trio also gave fans a glimpse of their camaraderie, posing for selfies and striking an archery-inspired pose together on the red carpet.
The official Instagram account of ‘Ramayana’ shared a series of pictures and videos from the event. One video shows the actors having fun while clicking a selfie, while another captures them posing as though they are shooting an arrow.

‘Ramayana’ is being made on a Rs 4,000 crore budget
Apart from its ensemble cast, the scale of ‘Ramayana’ has been one of the major talking points surrounding the film. Producer Namit Malhotra recently opened up about the ambitious project in a conversation with Prakhar Gupta.
Revealing the combined budget of the two instalments, Malhotra said, "When we set out to make this six or seven years ago, people thought I was a lunatic because no Indian film comes close to this scale. Put simply, the budget will be around $500 million for both parts combined, which is over Rs 4,000 crore."

He further explained the thinking behind the investment, adding, "We're making the largest film in the world for the greatest epic that deserves to be seen globally. And yet, I believe we're doing it more efficiently than some of the biggest Hollywood films. We're not being irresponsible-we're being ambitious, but grounded."
