Nivin Pauly posted photographs on Instagram on Tuesday evening showing himself aboard a private jet with legendary actor Mohanlal, Pranav Mohanlal, and producer Antony Perumbavoor. The images quickly went viral among fans eager for a glimpse of the two stars together.

The journey was to Chennai, where both actors attended Jio Hotstar's South Unbound event, which celebrated the upcoming slate of South Indian content.

The event was held at the ITC Grand Chola Hotel and also saw the presence of stars including Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Nagarjuna, and Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin. Other attendees included Urvashi, Rahman, Rajat Kapoor, Narain, Vineeth, Priyamani, Shruti Ramachandran, Nikhila Vimal, Leona Lishoy, Gauri Kishan, Ramzan, Anumol, directors Mithun Manuel and Jeethu Joseph, and lyricist Vinayak Sasikumar.

During the ceremony, Jio Hotstar announced 25 upcoming South titles, comprising Originals, blockbuster films, and series. The platform also revealed plans to invest ₹4,000 crore in South India to support and nurture the creative economy of the region.
