Mohanlal honoured with Vilambara Pathrika by Travancore royal family | WATCH

Veteran actor Mohanlal received the Vilambara Pathrika from members of the Travancore royal family on Thursday morning. This ceremonial presentation signals the beginning of the ancient Murajapam and Lakshadeepam rituals at the revered Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

In addition to receiving the Vilambara Pathrika, Mohanlal also lit the traditional Murajapam lamp to formally usher in the spiritual ceremonies.

On the professional front, Mohanlal is set to appear in the upcoming film ‘Hridayapoorvam’, which features notable actors including Malavika Mohanan, Sangeeth Prathap, Sangita, Siddique, Nishan, Baburaj, Lalu Alex, and Janardhanan.

The story of ‘Hridayapoorvam’ is penned by Akhil Sathyan, while the screenplay and dialogues have been written by Sonu TP.

Additionally, Mohanlal recently announced his much-anticipated film ‘Drishyam 3’.
