Raadhika Sarathkumar receives call from Mohanlal after hidden camera revelation

Chennai: Actress Raadhika Sarathkumar has disclosed that Mohanlal contacted her after she revealed that scenes of actresses changing clothes in a caravan were secretly recorded with a hidden camera on film sets.
Speaking to reporters in Chennai, Raadhika shared details of the phone call with Mohanlal, who asked whether the incident had occurred on sets of films he had worked on.
Raadhika stated, "Mohanlal called me to ask if such an incident had occurred on any set where he was present." She further explained that she assured him that no lead actors were at the location when the incident took place.
Raadhika, describing her reaction, added, "When I realised that people on the set were watching the hidden camera footage, I began shouting. I also contacted the production company's authorities and demanded immediate action."
She also called for the creation of a committee to investigate exploitation within the Tamil film industry.
The Kerala Police have since recorded a statement from Raadhika in relation to her disclosures, which come amid ongoing discussions about the Hema Committee report. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) conducted the phone interview as part of its inquiry into violence against female actors.
Raadhika noted that the incident took place some time ago but declined to specify the film involved or disclose further details provided to the police.
