Yet another Mohanlal masterpiece gets a re-release; ‘Thenmavin Kombath’ to hit theatres soon

Another great news for Mohanlal fans. Reports are emerging that the Malayalam movie "Thenmavin Kombath" will soon be re-released in theatres with a 4K upgrade. It is learnt that the film, directed by Priyadarshan, starring Mohanlal and Shobhana will hit theatres within six months.
“Thenmavin Kombath” was originally released on May 13, 1994, and it ran for 250 days in theatres in Kerala. The movie was the highest-grossing film of that year, alongside Suresh Gopi's "Commissioner". It also won several Kerala State Film Awards, including Best Film with Popular Appeal and Aesthetic Value.
The re-release of "Thenmavin Kombath" follows the success of other Mohanlal classics like "Spadikam" and "Devadoothan", which were also well-received by audiences.
Additionally, Mohanlal's "Manichitrathazhu" is set to release again on August 17, directed by Fazil and produced by Swargachitra Appachan under the banner of Swarga Films, in association with Matinee Now and E4 Entertainment.
