Who is Zainab Ravdjee?

Zainab Ravdjee comes from a prominent business family rooted in Hyderabad. Her father, Zulfi Ravdjee, is a respected industrialist in the construction sector, while her brother, Zain Ravdjee, heads ZR Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd as its Chairman and Managing Director. According to The New India Express, Zainab was born and raised in Hyderabad and later moved to Mumbai, where she has built a career as a painter and lifestyle blogger.

Zainab is an artist known for her vibrant, abstract, and impressionist paintings. Her works, often characterized by bold colours and imaginative styles, have been showcased in multiple exhibitions. Her multicultural upbringing, having spent time in cities like Dubai, London, and Mumbai, has played a pivotal role in shaping her creative expression.

While Zainab is primarily an artist, she briefly ventured into acting. She appeared in ‘Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities,’ directed by the legendary artist MF Hussain, alongside actors Tabu and Kunal Kapoor. Akhil Akkineni and Zainab Ravdjee’s engagement was a private ceremony, held at the Akkineni family residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The couple, dressed in elegant white outfits, shared dreamy photos from the ceremony on social media. Zainab chose a stunning white gown with ruffled sleeves, while Akhil opted for a casual white shirt and pants.

Nagarjuna was the first to share the happy news on social media, writing, "We are thrilled to announce the engagement of our son, Akhil Akkineni, to our daughter-in-law-to-be, Zainab Ravdjee!
