Mamitha Baiju's Tamil debut in ‘Dude’: Trailer full of action, comedy, romance; set for Diwali release

Romance for romance, action for action, comedy for comedy, and emotion for emotion; "Dude" promises an all-out youth carnival experience! Following the success of "Dragon", the trailer of Pradeep Ranganathan's upcoming film "Dude" needs no better description. The two-minute thirty-nine-second trailer is a complete package, overflowing with energy, humour, and style. Starring one of Tamil cinema's most promising young stars, Pradeep Ranganathan, alongside Malayalam's own Mamitha Baiju, the film is gearing up for a grand Diwali release on October 17. "Dude" also marks Mamitha's debut in Tamil cinema. Veteran actor R. Sarathkumar also appears in an entertaining role in the film. The Kerala distribution of the movie is handled by E4 Entertainments.

The songs of "Dude", composed by the music sensation Sai Abhyankar, have already taken social media by storm. Now, the trailer, too, has won over audiences, with viewers commenting that the Pradeep Ranganathan magic continues in "Dude" as well.

The film's first single 'Oorum Blood' has crossed over 40 million views on YouTube, while 'Nallaru Po' has reached 4.1 million and 'Singkari' 8.7 million views respectively. Pradeep Ranganathan, who began his journey making short films before turning director and actor, commands a massive fan following. His directorial ventures "Komali" and "Love Today" were major hits, while his performances in "Love Today" and "Dragon" received tremendous audience appreciation. Expectations are now sky-high for "Dude", as fans eagerly await its release.

"Dude" is written and directed by Keerthiswaran and produced under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers by Yerneni and Y. Ravishankar. The film features R. Sarath Kumar, Neha Shetty, Hridhu Haroon, Satya, Rohini, Dravid Selvam, Aishwarya Sharma, and Garuda Ram among others.

Cinematography is handled by Niketh Bommi, and editing by Bharat Vikraman.
