A sequel to the 2019 political action thriller 'Lucifer,' 'Empuraan' promises to deliver another gripping storyline. On November 1, coinciding with Kerala Piravi, both Mohanlal and Prithviraj shared a striking new poster on social media that reveals the release date. The poster features a mysterious figure dressed in white, adorned with a red Chinese dragon, sparking curiosity among fans about the character's identity.

The film will be released in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Fans are already buzzing with excitement, sharing their excitement in the comment sections of the posts.

Joining Mohanlal and Prithviraj in the stellar cast are notable actors such as Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran, Saniya Iyappan, Arjun Das, Saikumar, Baiju Santhosh, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Fazil and Sachin Khedekar.
