On March 27, the family of the late actress Kim Sae Ron held a press conference at Space Share, Gangnam Station, in Seocho-dong, Seoul.

Attorney Bu Ji Seok from Law Firm Buyou, representing the family, stated that they are experiencing significant emotional and physical distress due to constant public exposure and speculation. He emphasised that the press conference was not intended to discuss the cause of Kim Sae Ron’s death but to urge an end to the relentless criticism.

During the press conference, the legal representative presented the following statement:

This is Bu Ji Seok, representative attorney of the law firm BUYOU, acting as the legal representative for the bereaved family of the late Kim Sae Ron. As the family is currently experiencing severe anxiety and is unable to appear in public, I am here to convey their position on their behalf.

Recently, the private life of the late Kim Sae Ron has been recklessly exposed almost daily, leading to baseless speculation and criticism directed at the bereaved family. As a result, the family is suffering from extreme anxiety as well as severe mental and physical distress.

The reason for holding this press conference today is to inform you of the difficulties the family is facing and to earnestly request that the criticism directed at them cease. This is not an occasion to reveal the reasons why the late Kim Sae Ron chose to end her own life.

The reason the family initially had no choice but to disclose the fact that Kim Soo Hyun had been in a relationship with the late Kim Sae Ron when she was a minor was to file a lawsuit against YouTuber Lee Jin Ho, who circulated false information, belittled, and mocked the late Kim Sae Ron, ultimately driving her to her death.

However, what the family received in return was Kim Soo Hyun lying that he had never been in a relationship with her. Even after evidence proving their relationship was revealed, he did not offer a single word of apology. Instead, he is now lying again, stating that their relationship only began after she became an adult. Additionally, for reasons unknown, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho and other individuals involved in the case have been recklessly exposing the private life of the late Kim Sae Ron and spreading false information about her.

In response, the bereaved family wishes to put an end to the controversy by presenting evidence. To be clear, this is not a place to reveal the reasons behind the late Kim Sae Ron’s decision to end her own life. The family would like to express that after today’s press conference, they do not wish to engage in any further meaningless disputes over the truth.

Attorney Bu Ji Seok clarified that the "reconstructed messages" were produced with the intention of safeguarding privacy and protecting personal information. He insisted that the original data is intact and can be authenticated, emphasising that the shared logs were not "fabricated or manipulated" in any substantial manner. He stated that only private information was omitted to maintain confidentiality.

Actress Kim Sae Ron’s undelivered letter to Kim Soo Hyun revealed

The entertainment community has been left reeling after a letter allegedly penned by late actress Kim Sae Ron to fellow actor Kim Soo Hyun surfaced. The letter, written back in 2024, was made public by Kim Sae Ron’s grieving family through their legal representative, attorney Bu Ji Seok. Kim Soo-Hyun faces allegations of infidelity 

Actor Kim Soo-Hyun is also facing allegations of infidelity following the tragic passing of actress Kim Sae-Ron. According to Koreaboo, Vegan News published an exclusive report claiming that Kim Soo-Hyun was romantically involved with multiple well-known girl group members while maintaining a committed relationship with Kim Sae-Ron.

The source of these accusations, identified as "B," was described as a close friend of the late actress. It was reported that "B" had a strong connection with Kim Sae-Ron when she was alive and even participated in carrying her casket during the funeral. His statements were recorded in a conversation involving himself, a forensic expert, and YouTuber Lee Jin Ho.

In the conversation, "B" alleged that Kim Sae-Ron harboured significant resentment toward Kim Soo-Hyun, despite remaining in the relationship because the actor had promised marriage. The source elaborated, stating:

"She held a lot of resentment toward Kim Soo-Hyun. Think about it. He played her when she was a child. Do you know what Sae-Ron always said? She said it was such a struggle keeping her place for six years. As the queen, per se… because he kept bringing in concubines."

Further adding to the controversy, a forensic expert who participated in the conversation alleged that the girl group members involved were referred to as Kim Soo-Hyun's "concubines."
