Kili Paul trends with 'Pottas Pottitheri...' from Malayalam film Innocent | WATCH

Kili Paul, who previously stunned audiences with his classical rendition of 'Kaakke Kaakke Koodevide...', is now setting social media abuzz with a peppy new number from the upcoming film "Innocent". The film marks the reunion of Altaf Salim and Anarkali Marikar after the much-loved "Mandakini".

The latest track, 'Pottas Pottitheri...', is a fast number that takes an exciting leap from classical to pure celebratory beats. Kili Paul, appearing in a full Tanzanian look, joins his troupe for this foot-tapping number. The song, written by Vinayak Sasikumar, is composed by Jay Stellar and sung by Jassie Gift, Anarkali Marikar, and Kili Paul.

"Innocent" is slated for a worldwide release this October. Notably, this is Kili Paul's debut acting role in a Malayalam film. The film had already piqued audience interest with its first and second look posters, and its recently released trailer hinted at a complete fun ride. Another song from the film, the folk-inspired 'Ampampo...' sung by Reshma Raghavendra, had also gained traction on social media recently.

The cast includes Jomon Jyothir, Azees Nedumangad, Mithun, Noby, Anna Prasad, Lakshmi Sanju, Vineeth Thattill, Ashwin Vijayan, Unni Lalu, among many others.

Produced by M. Sreeraj A.K.D. under the banner Elements of Cinema, the film is directed by Satheesh Thanvi. Interestingly, this marks the debut production venture of Elements of Cinema, an institute that provides students with an opportunity to learn filmmaking while working alongside industry professionals.

The film's executive Producers are G. Marthandan, Ajay Vasudev, Dixon Poduthas and Najumuddeen. The story is by Shihab Karunagappally. The screenplay & Dialogues were handled by Shihab Karunagappally, Sarji Vijayan, and Satheesh Thanvi.
