Kareena Kapoor hosts Mira Rajput on ‘What Women Want’, and the internet can’t get over it

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mira Rajput recently found themselves on the same couch, and the unexpected pairing has already caught the internet’s attention. Mira, who is married to Kareena’s former boyfriend Shahid Kapoor, is set to appear on the upcoming sixth season of Kareena’s chat show, ‘What Women Want’.

The two shared glimpses from their time together on social media, exchanging warm words and compliments. Kareena, who is currently filming the new season, also shared a picture with Mira on her Instagram Stories, calling her “the absolutely warm and lovely Mira”.

Mira had earlier posted a series of pictures from the shoot, thanking Kareena for having her on the show. “What women want is to be themselves. Thanks, @kareenakapoorkhan, for having me and for being the woman you are,” she wrote.

Kareena responded to the post, writing, “So happy you came, gorgeous.” Mira later reshared Kareena’s picture and returned the compliment, writing, “Couldn’t have had better company. With the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor Khan.”

The interaction quickly prompted reactions from fans, many of whom admitted they never expected to see Kareena and Mira together on a chat show.

“WAIT… WHAT THIS COLLAB?! OH MY GOODNESS. Absolutely CAN’T WAIT for seeing you both gorgeous together,” one user commented.

Another wrote, “TBH, This collaboration was NOT on my bingo card for life! Insane.”

“Two Kapoors, one conversation, and SO much to talk about!” read another reaction, while several others said they were looking forward to watching the episode.

The interest around the appearance also stems from the Bollywood history connecting the two. Kareena was in a relationship with Shahid Kapoor for several years before the couple parted ways in 2007. The two went on to work together in ‘Jab We Met’, which remains one of their most remembered films.

Shahid later married Mira Rajput in 2015. The couple has two children, daughter Misha and son Zain.
